Needs Assessment

This involves investigating your impressions of the training or performance problem. Needs assessment clearly defines the current situation, the optimal situation, and the nature of the gap that lies between where you are and where you want to be. If training is part of a strategic initiative, Aprinda experts focus on the intended outcomes of the initiative so that the training supports and reinforces them.

Design and Development

Aprinda experts work with one or more subject matter experts (SME) within your organization to clearly specify the content and training activities required to support the intended outcomes. At the same time, we develop look and feel prototypes of all materials. Upon client approval, we develop all required media, which can include text content, video, audio, downloads, and interactive training sequences and build out the e-learning program to specifications.
